Beth Rosen Promoted to Managing Director at RKF
New York, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF) is pleased to announce the promotion of Beth Rosen to managing director. Rosen, who joined RKF in 2001, has worked with leading landlords and retail tenants throughout Manhattan. She previously served as a senior director with the firm.

Futterman. “She has helped major national retailers expand on Madison Avenue, in SoHo, and throughout the city, and is a respected broker within our firm and in the industry.”
Rosen has represented many national tenants including Tumi, Diesel, Free People and Anthropologie in leasing retail spaces in Manhattan. Recently, she assisted with the expansion of J.Crew’s concept stores around New York, including leases for J. Crew Men’s Shop at 1040 Madison Ave., crewcuts at 1200 Madison Ave., Madewell at 115 Fifth Ave. and J. Crew Wedding at 771 Madison Ave. She also secured new locations for Urban Outfitters at 200 East 86th St., Häagen-Dazs at 55 East 8th St., Icebreaker at 102 Wooster St., and Oakley at 1515 Broadway in Times Square.
On the landlord representation side, Rosen has worked on behalf of a number of the city’s most notable property owners, including RFR Realty, Waterman Interests, Goldman Properties, Glenwood Management Corp., and Hines Interests, among others. Some of her recent accomplishments include the leasing of 2,000 square feet at 130 Prince St. to Barbour, 3,000 square feet at 70 Greene St. to Technogym, and 10,700 square feet at 134 Spring St. to Chanel for a temporary store, all in SoHo. She also leased in Union Square 3,000 square feet at 868 Broadway to VMV Hypoallergenics, and on the Upper East Side 4,000 square feet at 1180 Madison Ave. to Brooks Brothers, and two 1,500-square feet spaces at 1200 Madison Ave. to Joie and Jack Rogers.
She is currently marketing the retail spaces at 980 Madison Ave., 130 Prince St. and 211 Elizabeth St. among others.
Rosen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
