FedEx Kinko’s retained RKF as its exclusive retail leasing representative in Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs. In this role, RKF is responsible for executing a strategic plan for the office and print services retailer continued expansion throughout the region. Extensive analysis of demographics and the competition for each target market was conducted. RKF developed a strategy for expanding into each market, managing site section and the lease negotiation process.
To date, FedEx Kinko’s has secured numerous new locations in Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs.
