Los Angeles-based fashion retailer, Forever 21 has more than 150 stores in regional malls across the United States. RKF is spearheading Forever 21’s urban street and lifestyle center expansion. To-date, sites have been secured in Union Square, Herald Square and SoHo in Manhattan, NY; on Fulton Street in Brooklyn, NY; in Downtown Chicago, IL; at Southside Works in Pittsburgh, PA; in Union Square in San Francisco, CA; and in Kansas City, MO.
