As the exclusive retail leasing agent for fast-fashion retailer Forever 21, RKF devised a national expansion strategy for the brand’s entry into targeted markets throughout the country. Analyses of demographics and consumer expenditures helped to identify sites on local streets and in malls.
RKF assisted in securing flagship locations in Chicago, Pittsburgh, San Francisco and Kansas City. In New York City, stores were leased in 34th Street/Herald Square, SoHo, Union Square, and most recently, Times Square.
