RKF has worked with the developer of this mixed-use/residential development in Lower Manhattan since the pre-planning stages. RKF developed a merchandising plan for 170,000 square feet of retail space at the base of the building and has successfully leased the space to Whole Foods Market, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bank of America, Soul Cycle, GameStop and T-Mobile.
