RKF was hired to market 9,500 square feet of retail space on the Ground Floor and Lower Level at this new luxury condominium development on the corner of Broadway and Grand Street in SoHo. Located in one of the City’s hottest retail corridors, the marketing campaign focused on prospective tenants and the retail brokerage community. Leases were secured with Dermalogica, Wachovia, Bose and Vivienne Tam.
