RKF represented a private investor in the $11.7 million acquisition of this 24,793-square-foot mixed-use apartment building with retail at its base, located at 81st Street and Third Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. RKF was subsequently retained to lease 1,500 square feet of retail space, which was vacated by Liberty Travel. Leases were recently secured with LensCrafters and the Arthritis Foundation Thrift Shop.
