RKF serves as H&M’s real estate advisor in the Western US, primarily focused on California, Arizona and Nevada. In this role, RKF works with H&M to identify markets for expansion and oversees the site selection and negotiation process. Focused on the Southern California market, new locations have recently been secured on Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood; at Irvine Spectrum Center in Irvine; on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood; at The Americana at Brand in Glendale; on West Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena; and at the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica.
