As H&M’s real estate advisor and representative in Arizona, California, Nevada and South Florida, RKF is working with the retailer to identify new markets for expansion, as well as opportunities for several locations in key neighborhoods.
In California, flagship locations have been secured on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, at Hollywood & Highland in Los Angeles, at The Americana at Brand at Glendale and at the Irvine Spectrum Center in Irvine. Stores have also opened at Miracle Mile Shops and Town Square in Las Vegas and at Scottsdale Quarter, Scottsdale, Arizona.
