RKF has developed a 10-year strategic expansion plan for Zales in Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs. Extensive market studies prepared for street locations, including market characteristics, sales volumes, traffic counts and co-tenancies idenified potential locations. To date, transactions have been negotiated for locations on the Upper West Side, 34th Street and Fifth Avenue in Manhattan; Fulton Street and 86th Street in Brooklyn; and Jamaica Avenue in Queens.
