As exclusive retail real estate advisor and leasing representative for Circuit City in the New York Metro area, RKF developed a regional strategic plan for the superstore’s market penetration. The plan included the evaluation of markets and comprehensive analysis of demographics, competition and co-tenancy. A regional roll-out was launched, securing numerous new locations, including Phillipsburg and Woodbridge in New Jersey; 86th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan; Broadway at 80th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan; and Union Square in Manhattan; Gateway Center, Atlantic Terminal and on 86th Street in Brooklyn; and College Point and Rego Park in Queens.
