As Adidas’ real estate representative in New York City, RKF was hired to secure a location for a Manhattan flagship store. During the site selection process the requirements changed from a 15,000-square-foot store to a single location large enough to accommodate retail, showroom office components. RKF negotiated the lease of a 55,000-square-foot mini campus at 610 Broadway in the heart of SoHo.
