RKF serves as exclusive retail leasing representative on behalf of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, for its IZOD, Van Heusen and Bass brands. A strategic plan for the expansion of the three brands in the United States was developed and is currently being executed in targeted markets.
RKF is currently executing the brands’ roll-out and negotiating lease transactions. Recent sites have been secured for Van Heusen, IZOD and Bass at The Villages of Lake Sumter Landing in The Villages, FL; and for IZOD at Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista, CA; and Downtown at The Gardens in Palm Beach, FL.
