RKF represented World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in the disposition of its 41,600-square-foot lease at 1501 Broadway in the center of Times Square. WWE desired to be released from the current lease before its expiration. RKF negotiated a buyout of the lease with the landlord and subsequently served as the landlord’s advisor in the negotiations with the new tenant, Hard Rock Café.
