The development of Gateway Center in Brooklyn is a direct result of RKF’s involvement in the introduction and facilitation of negotiations between the land owner and the developer and RKF’s subsequent work on behalf of The Related Companies. RKF was instrumental in the positioning and merchandising of this 48-acrew, 640,000-square-foot regional power center for national anchor and big-box retailers.
Gateway Center is fully leased to Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, Staples, Circuit City, Babies“R”Us, Marshalls, Old Navy, Red Lobster and Olive Garden.
