RKF served as the exclusive retail leasing agent for the retail space at the base of the luxury residential co-op at 70th Street and Madison Avenue. The 5,529-square-foot flagship store offers tremendous frontage and exposure on Madison Avenue. A leasing campaign to prospective national and luxury retailers, as well as the brokerage community, resulted in a lease with Tom Ford for the designer's flagship location.
