The 79th & 2nd location is one of two digitally focused concepts from Chick-fil-A, and it neighbors another Newmark partner, Goldfish Swim School. After recent closures along 79th, we knew it was time to usher in a new era of Upper East Side family favorites.

When Peloton founder John Foley, was ready to launch his next concept, Ernesta custom rugs, he turned to Newmark. Over the last decade, our innovative team of advisors has helped Peloton emerge as a premier fitness experience by arranging 55 leases across North America, including its HQ in New York City.
As Ernesta, a digitally native brand, made a push to “go brick and mortar,” they turned to Newmark to realize their merchandising vision and open their first-ever showroom in Manhattan.
