In addition, Beth aided Urban Outfitters to lease its location at 1511 Third Avenue and Anthropologie at 1230 Third Avenue and the Chelsea Market. Beth’s ownership representation work is equally as diverse. She recently represented KLM Equities in leasing its Flatiron properties to both Tiger at 920 Broadway and Bonobos at 95 Fifth Avenue, and represented L3 Capital in leasing the retail space at 862 Broadway in Union Square to Amore Pacific’s Innisfree. On the Upper East Side, Beth leased 955 Madison Avenue to a fabulous mix of retailers, including Annick Goutal, Jitrois, Gianvito Rossi and Aquatalia. Some of Beth’s past accomplishments include leasing of 35 Crosby Street to Bonobos, Miansai, and Fellow Barber, creating a nice tenant mix for this charming block in the SoHo district.
