Frank Volk is responsible for overseeing RKF’s Las Vegas operations. With more than 13 years experience in the retail market in and around the Las Vegas Strip, Mr. Volk is recognized as one of the pre-eminent authorities on retail and land in the tourist corridors of Las Vegas.

Mr. Volk’s current projects in Las Vegas include: the marketing of 1.5 million square feet of specialty retail and restaurant opportunities at Towne Square, a mixed-use project and 50,000 square feet of retail space at Sky Las Vegas, a 44-story luxury residential building, as well as 300,000 square feet of retail space at The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino and 200,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space at the new Tropicana Resort & Casino.

Prior to joining RKF, Mr. Volk served with Blatteis Realty, where he completed transactions totaling in excess of $350 million. He has also completed high-profile transactions for The Harley Davidson Café, Ice Metaclub and CVS Drugstores.

Mr. Volk’s client list also includes Turnberry Associates, Ownership Polo, The Grand Canal Shoppes, Stratosphere Gaming Corporation, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Fogo de Chaos.

He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
