A 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Fishman oversees RKF Investment Sales & Advisory Services.

Throughout his career, he has executed transactions involving all types of real estate. Since joining RKF in 2005, Mr. Fishman’s expertise has been invaluable to owners and investors in the investment sales transactions he has arranged on their behalf, which are valued in excess of $500 million.

In June 2007, he arranged the sale of The Camargue, a luxury apartment building on Manhattan's Upper East Side for $170 million. In addition he sold the retail condo at 1438 Third Avenue as well as the buildings located at 55 and 111 Mercer Street. Earlier this year he was responsible for the sale of a one-million-square-foot facility in Bristol, Connecticut. Mr. Fishman is also often consulted by clients seeking properties to fulfill their 1031 needs.

Previously, Mr. Fishman was a managing director with Cogswell Properties, LLC, a real estate owner and manager in New York City. Among his many accomplishments, he was responsible on behalf of ownership for negotiating the 23-year lease extension with Marriott International, Inc. for their 800,000-square-foot Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. In addition, he was involved as a principal in the purchase of the one million-square-foot building located at 60 Broad Street in New York City.

Mr. Fishman received his Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1983. He served on the Young Leadership Board of Seeds of Peace, an organization focused on conflict resolution among youths from the Middle East. Mr. Fishman is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
