Ms. Bellantoni has more than 25 years of experience in retail, retail leasing and merchandising. She specializes in tenant and landlord representation in Manhattan and most major markets throughout the United States.

In Manhattan, Ms. Bellantoni has represented numerous institutional and entrepreneurial owners in the successful leasing of their retail space. Among her notable assignments are consulting with The Related Companies on the Time Warner Center; leasing 40 Mercer Street on behalf of Hines and Andre Balazs’ to Bose, Vivienne Tam, Dermalogica and Wachovia; and leasing 401 West 14th Street on behalf of Taconic Investment Partners where she secured Apple for its third Manhattan flagship, Hugo Boss and Moschino.

Ms. Bellantoni’s current leasing assignments include One Jackson Square on behalf of Hines and RFR Realty; the merchandising and leasing of Chelsea Market for Jamestown Properties, where she recently secured a 16,163-square-foot lease with Anthropologie; 15 Little West 12th Street on behalf of Taconic Investment Partners and Square Mile Capital; and 16 Prince Street, a new luxury condominium project in Nolita being developed by the 16 Prince Development LLC, where a lease was arranged with Vince.

She also represents an equally impressive list of retailers. Ms. Bellantoni exclusively represents the upscale apparel retailer Intermix, completing more than 20 transactions throughout the country. She has also secured multiple national locations for Elie Tahari, whom she represents exclusively. Recently, Ms. Bellantoni represented J.Crew in the leasing of locations for its multiple concepts including J.Crew Collection, crewcuts and J.Crew Wedding stores on Madison Avenue, J.Crew Men's Shop in SoHo and Tribeca and Madewell in SoHo.

Ms. Bellantoni represented Apple in its leasing of three new Manhattan flagship locations, and has also arranged many individual transactions for retailers as well, such as Bose Corp. in the Time Warner Center and at 40 Mercer Street in SoHo, Build-A-Bear Workshop on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue, M&M’s World in Times Square, Diesel and Oliviers & Co. in SoHo, Marni Shoes on Madison Avenue, Operations in SoHo and the Meatpacking District, Esprit's flagship on 34th Street, Godiva on Fifth Avenue in the Plaza District and Hublot on Madison Avenue.

Prior to joining RKF in 1999, Ms. Bellantoni was a retail director at Corporate Property Investors (“CPI”, now known as Simon Property Group) where she was responsible for all leasing activities for new retailers in CPI centers. In addition, she was instrumental in generating new business, identifying and creating new programs for prospective tenants, and conducting the firm’s analysis of merchandising breakdowns, property budgets and occupancy costs.

Before working at CPI in 1989, Ms. Bellantoni was an import program designer for the May Company of St. Louis and a buyer and merchandiser for the 350 stores of Belk Stores of Charlotte, NC.

Ms. Bellantoni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ohio University. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Real Estate Board of New York (and is on its Store’s Committee).
