Our broker team is committed to training and teaching you the business, given that you work hard and demonstrate your ability to excel.</p>
<h6>Responsibilities</h6>
<p>In this multi-faceted role you will be canvassing Northern and Central New Jersey markets to locate available retail space, which includes extensive phone work and research, maintaining the company&#8217;s proprietary listings and street map databases and working with brokers on tenant and landlord client projects.</p>
<h6>Qualifications</h6>
<ul>
<li>You must be self-motivated, sales-driven and thrive in a dynamic commission-based entrepreneurial business.</li>
<li>Must be professional with excellent communication and follow-up skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational abilities and computer skills essential.</li>
<li>Previous sales experience (one to two years) in a major real estate firm with knowledge of New Jersey markets preferred.</li>

A team of RKF Investment Sales &#038; Advisory Services professionals that included President Jeff Fishman, Senior Director Brian Segall, Associate Andrew Jacobs and Senior Analyst Jonathan Butwin represented both the seller, Rivercrest Realty Investors, and the buyer, 138 Spring Owners, LLC, on this transaction.</p>
<p>Located on the southeast corner of Wooster Street, 138 Spring Street encompasses 2,000 square feet of Ground Floor and 2,600 square feet of Lower Level retail space both of which are occupied by high-end eyewear retailer ILORI. The balance of the property consists of 14,250 square feet of full-floor commercial loft space.</p>
<p>“The sale of 138 Spring Street once again demonstrates that investor demand for buildings on this popular street, as well as SoHo at large, remains extremely high,” said Jeff Fishman of RKF.</p>
<p>The sale of 138 Spring Street represents the latest in a series of SoHo property deals that RKF has arranged within the past two years as retail rents have climbed to historic levels. With median apartment values above $3 million, SoHo was ranked by Forbes magazine in 2012 as the “Most Expensive Zip Code” in New York City (sixth in the United States). Spring Street between West Broadway and Broadway has become one of the most desirable side streets in Manhattan. <p>LOS ANGELES, CA – RKF, the country’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services, has arranged four new restaurant leases at The Dome Entertainment Center located at 6360 Sunset Boulevard, situated among Hollywood’s premier entertainment studios and ArcLight Cinemas.  </p>
<p>The new leases total 13,677 square feet and includes the following:  </p>
<p>•	Stella Barra: (4,971 sf) The second installment in the Los Angeles market to the Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ restaurant group’s successful Main Street Santa Monica location</p>
<p>•	The Veggie Grill: (3,228 sf) Winner of The Los Angeles Times 2012 Reader’s Choice Award for “Best American Restaurant”</p>
<p>•	Blue C Sushi: (3,587 sf) The first Los Angeles location for the popular Washington-based Kaiten sushi restaurant</p>
<p>•	Roadside: (1,891 sf) The premiere location for the latest concept from Culver City-based Rush Street Restaurant Group</p>
<p>RKF Executive Vice President Rachel Rosenberg and Senior Director Matthew Fainchtein arranged the four new leases on behalf of the landlord, The Dome Entertainment Center. Rosenberg also represented Stella Barra, The Veggie Grill and Blue C Sushi, the latter of which was also represented by RKF Director Robert Ury. </p>
<p>Rosenberg, who previously secured leases for Veggie Grill, Salon Republic, Malibu Fish Grill, Pei Wei Asian Market and Sundance Cinemas at 8000 Sunset Boulevard, underscores the growing need filled by these additions in the Hollywood market. </p>
<p>According to Rosenberg, “The genesis of these deals really came from the strong demand from the local business and residential community for more quality driven restaurants. We set out to create a ‘food collection’ at The Dome based on this void in the market, and we received an overwhelming response from tenants. High volume restaurants bring energy and bodies to the market&#8211;which fuels retail growth and offers amenities to the already bustling office populous, so this is a positive sign of things to come for the market.”  </p>
<p>The Dome Entertainment Center is ideally situated among some of Hollywood’s largest employers including KTLA Studios, Technicolor, CNN, Los Angeles Film School, Emerson College, Sunset Gower Studios, Nickelodeon Studios and Capital Records. </p>

<p>According to the City of Los Angeles’ Hollywood Community Plan, goals for the area’s growth include “pedestrian-oriented, high activity, multi- and mixed-use centers” and “the development of new regional centers that accommodate a broad range of uses that serve residents, provide job opportunities, and are accessible to the region…and are developed to enhance urban lifestyles.” The proposed plan is set to accommodate the approximately 244,602 people and 119,013 jobs projected for 2030 in Hollywood.</p>

<p>NEW YORK, NY – RKF has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent for the two-level retail space at 328 Bowery, prominently located at the corner of Bond Street in the heart of Manhattan’s vibrant Bowery district. The retail condominium at 328 Bowery, which was recently purchased by RWN Real Estate Partners LLC, will undergo a major facelift as it is brought to market.</p>
<p>Ari Shalam of RWN stated, “This acquisition gives us control of the entire western Bowery blockfront between Bleecker and Bond Streets, which assures prospective tenants of 328 Bowery that the retail streetscape will continue to improve here.”</p>
<p>The 4,114-square-foot retail space is divided among two floors with 2,510 square feet on the ground floor and 1,604 square feet in the lower level. As part of its purchase, RWN will completely redevelop the existing storefronts to create an entirely new appearance able to accommodate one or two retail tenants. Changes to the façade include new entrances on the Bowery and significant improvements to signage. The striking new storefront will provide prospective retailers with significant exposure comprised of nearly 100 feet of wraparound frontage at the corner of the Bowery and Bond Street.</p>
<p>RKF Senior Director Brian Segall and Executive Vice President Ariel Schuster will lead the marketing effort on behalf of RWN Real Estate Partners, who earlier this month purchased the retail condominium from The Big Four, LLC.  Both parties of the sale were represented on the transaction by Brian Segall at RKF.</p>
<p>In recent years, the Bowery has welcomed a growing number of high-end residential and hotel developments. In response, luxury retailers, restaurants and night clubs have increasingly established a presence in the Bowery and helped to create one of Manhattan’s most exciting new retail destinations.</p>
<p>“The Bowery retail market continues to draw an eclectic and aspirational mix of retailer, dining and nightlife tenants,” said Brian Segall of RKF. “328 Bowery lies directly in the center of this dynamic submarket where new entrants such as A.P.C., Intermix and Patagonia have recently joined more established retail neighbors such as Blue &#038; Cream, John Varvatos, Whole Foods Market, and Pulinos in recent months.”</p>

Located between Broome and Grand Streets, 35 Crosby is Bonobos’ first New York City Street location and will be vital to growing the brand’s presence, attracting new customers and operating as the brand’s first stand-alone Guideshop location in NYC.  The store provides 1,000 square feet on the ground floor and 500 square feet on the lower level.</p>
<p>Scheduled to open in mid-May, 35 Crosby Street will become Bonobos’ sixth Guideshop location and gives men the opportunity to shop the previously online-only brand in-person with a complimentary Bonobos Guide – an expert trained in fit and style to guide men through the apparel, educate them on fit, and provide style tips to work with their current wardrobe.  Bonobos launched the Guideshop concept to make men’s shopping experience easy and personalized without the premium price tag and time commitment. <p>RKF represented both the tenant and the landlord on this long-term lease. Bonobos was represented by RKF Associate Justin Fantasia, while Managing Director Beth Rosen represented the landlord, DAJ Realty LLC.</p>

<p>NEW YORK, NY – Following last month’s unanimous approval by the New York City Council for the redevelopment of Pier 17, The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC) has named RKF as the exclusive consultant and leasing agent for the South Street Seaport. </p>
<p>With over 365,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space located along the East River in Lower Manhattan, the South Street Seaport is comprised of the historic Uplands and Pier 17, south of the Brooklyn Bridge. The redevelopment plan features the complete transformation of the Pier 17 building, including enhanced and increased open space on the pier along with a new exterior façade encompassing dynamic retail space filled with distinctive stores, restaurants and neighborhood shops. Larger open spaces on the pier along with the new rooftop space &#8211; ideal for concerts, music and other entertainment events &#8211; will showcase breathtaking views of the city skyline, East River and Brooklyn Bridge. The design is contemporary yet draws from the site’s history as a bustling marketplace and renowned maritime port.</p>

Weinreb, Chief Executive Officer of The Howard Hughes Corporation. “Working with RKF will ensure we bring best-in-class offerings, including acclaimed national and international retailers, local shops and destination restaurants.”</p>
<p>A team of RKF brokers consisting of Chairman &#038; CEO Robert K. Futterman, Executive VP Karen Bellantoni and Associate Tess Jacoby will represent The Howard Hughes Corporation on this landmark assignment. The RKF professionals will work in close collaboration with a team of The Howard Hughes Corporation executives, including Keith Laird, Executive Vice President of Leasing, and Michelle Waak, Vice President of Leasing.</p>
