- Have the web page you want to print open in your browser window.
- Click the “File” button on the menu bar of your browser.
- Select “Print” from the drop down menu.
- Click the “Print” button on the pop-up window and your printer will start printing the page.
Tips:
- Page Setup - Use the "Page Setup" option under “File” to change the way your page looks when it prints. For best results change the page orientation to landscape and check the “shrink to fit box.”
- Print Preview - Use the "Print Preview" option under “File” to see what your page will look like before you print it.
