Currently, we are recruiting for a Marketing and Graphics Specialist who will be responsible for the all marketing/graphics needs of RKF’s Investment Sales team, responsible for project management and execution for new business pursuits and servicing client business. This position is based in our New York office and reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Marketing and Communications in New York, but supports brokers in all of our U.S. offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project manage, coordinate and produce commercial real estate sales flyers and offering memorandums for presentation to buyers
  • Perform necessary production work and write market analyses and property descriptions to be used across a variety of client deliverables and marketing collateral
  • Prepare teasers, e-blasts, advertisements and signage based on corporate templates and formats
  • Manage email campaigns and maintain investor and broker lists
  • Write/produce proposals and presentations for new business in coordination with Corporate New Business Development Marketing team, and maintain a library of resource materials
  • Work cooperatively with the national and other regional marketing team members, market research and graphics personnel
  • Maintain a comprehensive and current knowledge of the industry and trends to provide insight and serve as a resource
  • Manage multiple, varied projects simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS
  • Three to five years of marketing experience, ideally in a commercial real estate setting with investment sales activity
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with CSS, HTML and Java Script a plus
  • Strong organization and communication skills, including writing
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
