More than 800,000 square feet leased
LAS VEGAS, NV – The most anticipated new super regional lifestyle center in Las Vegas is gearing up for a fall 2007 opening with new retail leases being executed on a regular basis. Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) is exclusively representing Turnberry Associates’ Town Square in all leasing assignments.

Of the more than 800,000 square feet of retail space offered at Town Square, RKF has secured leases with a variety of retailers including Victoria’s Secret, Express, Bath & Body Works, The Body Shop, Cache, Crabtree & Evelyn, Cold Stone Creamery, Coffee Beanery, Eddie Bauer, Enerjuicer, Limited Too, Occhaiali da Sole, Sapporo, Skechers, Solstice, Texas de Brazil, The Grape, 24-hour Fitness, Whole Foods, Yardhouse, The Sports Shop and Showcase Slots.
When complete, Town Square will feature more than 150 shops and over 12 restaurants. It will revolve around a village-style setting, creating a one-of-a-kind shopping and dining experience in an open-air, main street-themed environment. It will feature a children's entertainment destination, 352,000 square feet of Class “A” office space, an outdoor concert venue, a multiplex cinema and much more.
“Town Square is destined to become one of the premiere entertainment venues in Las Vegas,” said Frank Volk. “With a prime location on the Las Vegas Strip and a diverse mix of retailers, Town Square will draw visitors and locals from every part of the city.”
Leasing is near completion and RKF is marketing the remaining available retail spaces. Construction is well underway at Town Square, which is located on Las Vegas Blvd., south of Mandalay Bay and at the junction of I-15 and the 215 Beltway.
