Retailer leases 900 square feet at 107 Spring Street
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting and advisory services, has secured a new flagship location for Solstice Sunglass Stores at 107 Spring Street. The retailer signed a lease for 900 square feet of prime retail space which was exclusively represented by Susan Penzner Real Estate.
RKF Senior Vice President Karen Bellantoni and Managing Director Robert Draizen represent the retailer exclusively. Susan Penzner and Nathan Stange of Susan Penzner Real Estate represented the landlord.
Located on Spring Street between Green and Mercer in the trendy SoHo area, the new flagship location will be in close proximity to the area's fashionable retailers including Chanel, MAC, Burberry and John Varvatos.
"The Solstice team is excited about opening our first SoHo location and to add to the three existing stores we have in Manhattan," said Ed Jankowski, COO of Solstice Sunglass Boutique. "We expect the new SoHo flagship store, which will be our new store prototype to perform at the same level of excellent productivity that we are currently experiencing at our 34th Street, Fifth Avenue and Time Warner Center locations."
The new store is expected to open in November 2006.
