RKF represents tenant in 2,173-square-foot transaction
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. The salon will occupy 2,173 square feet on the ground floor of the building in this up-and-coming shopping and residential district.
RKF Managing Director Ariel Schuster and Richard Gelber, director represented the tenant in this transaction.
RKF is the exclusive leasing agent for the Regis Corporation in Manhattan, which has over 11,000 well-recognized hair salons worldwide including Jean Louis David, Super Cuts and Vidal Sassoon.
