Comedy Club leases 11,000 square feet of retail space at 1560 Broadway
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Ha! Comedy Club will occupy 11,000 square feet of the building’s more than 220,000 square feet, and will open its doors to the public in the fall of 2006. RKF Managing Director, Joshua Strauss represented the tenant. Eric Gural, executive managing director of Newmark Knight Frank represented building ownership.
