Decorative wall finishes and custom wood flooring retailer opens third Manhattan location at 919 Third Avenue
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting and advisory services, has secured 1,750 square feet for Decorfin USA at 227 East 57th Street. The decorative wall finishes and custom wood floorings retailer has two other Manhattan locations; a showroom at 5 West 20th Street and a retail store at The New York Design Center located at 200 Lexington Avenue.
Sal Ferrigno, RKF Managing Director, and Kenneth Shiers, RKF Associate, represented Decorfin USA in this transaction. Blanche Sprague Associates represented the building's ownership.
"Within steps of the Decoration and Design Building at 919 Third Avenue, this is the ideal site for Decorfin USA's newest Manhattan location," said Shiers. Decorfin USA anticipates opening the store in May.
