Liberty Travel relocates to 1,450-square-foot space
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and investment sales, represented Liberty Travel in a new lease for 1,450 square feet at 143 East 57th Street between Third and Lexington Avenues on Manhattan’s East Side. Liberty Travel will take occupancy of the space in February or March 2006.
Ariel Schuster, Managing Director and Richard Gelber, Associate Director of RKF, represented Liberty Travel in the transaction. Jason Pruger, Managing Director and Dennis Katsoulis, Associate Director of Newmark represented the landlord, Candlewind Properties.
Liberty Travel’s new location is situated only one-half block west of its prior location on East 57th Street, further enabling the company to better serve its existing clientele while also enhancing its presence on 57th Street.
