Office and print services retailer leases 3,500 square feet in Chelsea
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and investment sales, represented FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services (FedEx Kinko's) in a new lease for 3,500 square feet at 239 Seventh Avenue in Manhattan's Chelsea trade area.
The new location at the southeast corner of Seventh Avenue and West 24th Street replaces Fed Ex Kinko's previous location across 24th Street. The new site provides extraordinary exposure for FedEx Kinko's with 70 feet of frontage on one of Chelsea's most heavily trafficked corners.
Robert K. Futterman, Chairman & CEO, and Joshua Strauss, Managing Director of RKF represented the retailer. Jeffrey Roseman of Newmark represented the landlord, Berkshire Capital.
