RKF Selected as Exclusive Retail Leasing Representative for Fatburger Nevada Openings

Restaurant chain plans expansion

NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and investment sales, has been signed as the exclusive retail leasing representative for Fatburger restaurants in Nevada. The Fatburger chain currently has 11 locations in the Nevada area with plans to open 10 new restaurants in the Las Vegas, Reno and McLaughlin markets.

The RKF team responsible for Fatburger in Nevada includes David Friedman, Vice President of RKF Strategic Retailer Services from the San Francisco RKF office and Randy Aguilar, Managing Director, and Leo Biedermann, Associate, of the Las Vegas RKF office.

According to Friedman, “In its plans to expand its regional presence in Nevada, Fatburger has engaged RKF to develop and optimize their strategic real estate plans in this market. We will work on acquiring only prime locations of 1,800 to 2,200 square feet in casinos, shopping centers end caps, and free standing locations.”

Fatburger currently has six restaurants in Las Vegas, one in North Las Vegas, three in Henderson and one in Lake Tahoe.
