Firm to lease prime Eighth Avenue retail corners
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. The retail space encompasses the ground floor and second floor at the corners of 44th Street and Eighth Avenue, and 45th Street and Eighth Avenue.

The 4,900 square feet on the ground floor and the 4,500 square feet on the second floor of the corner of 44th Street and Eighth Avenue are available immediately. Currently a restaurant, a pub and a portion of the hotel lobby, the 3,500 square feet on the ground floor and 1,500 square feet on the second floor at 45th Street will be available in April 2007.
