RKF secures 4,130 square feet of retail space
LAS VEGAS, NV – Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting and advisory services, leased two retail spaces to Starbucks and Couture Bride at Durango Commons, a shopping center in Las Vegas.
RKF Managing Directors Randy Aguilar and Jeff Carlis represented the landlord Executive Home Builders. Starbucks was represented by Matthew Dougherty of Nevada Commercial and Couture Bride had in-house representation. Both retailers signed long-terms leases. The RKF team leased 2,200 square feet Starbucks, the coffee retailer and 1,930 square feet to Couture Bride.
