NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and investment sales, has been selected as exclusive retail leasing representative by Capri Coffee in the United States.
Mark Kapnick, senior director, with RKF will handle Capri Coffee's retail leasing needs. The gourmet coffee retailer plans to open 15 stores by the end of 2006, focusing on financial and central business districts in major markets, and a total of 200 stores nationwide by the end of 2010.
"Capri Coffee is launching its national expansion in the tri-state area," said Kapnick. "At present, we're looking for multiple locations in New York City to open the company's signature coffee houses." The company's specialty coffee bars will range from 1,000 square feet to 1,500 square feet in size.
Each Capri Coffee house will include granite countertops, rich wooden cabinetry, patron tables, warm subtle lighting and comfortable overstuffed chairs.
