Wine bar, retailer takes 4,270 square feet at Tribeca property
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and investment sales, has completed a lease with Vino Vino at 211 West Broadway. The wine bar and retailer took 4,270 square feet at the 37,500-square foot-building.
Mark Kapnick, senior director, with RKF represented building owner Teddy's Realty Associates. Shawn Cho, associate, with Dumann Realty represented the tenant. The retail space, located at Franklin Street and West Broadway in Tribeca, was formerly occupied by the Watermoon art gallery. Vino Vino is taking 2,200 square feet of space on the ground floor and 2,070 square feet of basement space.
"The building is located in the landmark section of Tribeca," said Kapnick. "The owner is also currently converting the old El Teddy's space right next door into luxury rental apartments. Vino Vino is a perfect complement to the neighborhood."
Neighboring retailers include Layla, Bubble Lounge and Churrascaria Plataforma.
Vino Vino is a wine bar and retail wine shop that will also specialize in wine-tasting events. This is its first location in Manhattan.
