Beauty lifestyle retailer opens fourth location in DC area
NEW YORK, NY - Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and investment sales, has completed a lease for PureBeauty Inc. at 3221 M St. N.W. in Washington, D.C. The beauty lifestyle retailer signed a lease for 1,684 square feet at the Georgetown building.
Robert Draizen, senior director, of RKF and Shary Thur, president of Shary Thur & Associates represented the tenant in the transaction. Rich Amsellem from Vanguard Realty Group represented building owner M Street Ltd. The new store, located on M Street Northwest between Eton Court Northwest and Wisconsin Avenue Northwest, is directly across the street from The Shops at Georgetown Park.
“This is the fourth location we’ve secured for PureBeauty in the Washington, D.C. area,” said Draizen. “The beauty lifestyle retailer’s new store is an excellent street-level site opposite a high-traffic retail location.”
Neighboring retailers include Brooks, Mex, Coach, Banana Republic, Bennetton and Club Monaco.
PureBeauty has nearly 60 locations in California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas. RKF exclusively represents
