RKF Named Exclusive Retail Leasing Agent for Three New Properties

NEW YORK, NY – Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and consulting services has been retained as the exclusive retail leasing agent for three new properties on Manhattan’s East Side, totaling 32,929 square feet. The new assignments are 1240 First Avenue, 900 First Avenue and 1676 Third Avenue.
RKF Managing Director Sal Ferrigno and Associate Ryan Kelleher are marketing 30,000 square feet of retail space at 1240 First Avenue on behalf of Alexico Management. The space encompasses 4,250 square feet on the ground floor; 11,000 square feet on the second floor; and 14,200 square feet on lower levels A and B. There will also be an option to add a 4,250-square-foot mezzanine area to the ground floor. Located on the southeast corner of 67th Street and First Avenue, the retail space is at the base of a newly constructed 125-unit luxury condominium building and is in close proximity to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. The RKF leasing team is marketing the space to medical tenants such as radiology labs, treatment laboratories etc. The space will become available in the fall of 2008.
Also on behalf of Alexico Management, RKF Managing Director Sal Ferrigno and Associate Ken Shiers are marketing two 1,000-square-foot units at 900 First Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets. Located on the ground floor of The Grand Beekman, a luxury residential building, the retail spaces can be combined to form one larger retail space.
