Firm’s suburban practice continues to grow
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and consulting services has completed three leases in Greenwich, Connecticut. Free People signed a lease for 1,650 square feet at 351 Greenwich Avenue; Greenwich Running Company has signed a lease for 2,900 square feet at 2 Greenwich Avenue; and Porcelanosa has signed a lease for 6,250 square feet at 1063 Putnam Avenue.
RKF Senior Director Diana Chace secured the lease for trendy apparel and accessories retailer Free People at 351 Greenwich Avenue. The retailer signed for 1,650 square feet of space.
Also on Greenwich Avenue, Ms. Chace represented Greenwich Putnam, LLC in its lease with Greenwich Running Company. The athletic and sporting goods retailer leased 2,900 square feet at 2 Greenwich Avenue.
Nearby at 1063 Putnam Avenue Spanish tile retailer Porcelanosa leased 6,250 square feet. Ms. Chace with RKF Vice President David Friedman and Associate David Aaron represented the tenant.
Greenwich, Connecticut is one of the country’s most affluent towns and home to many financial service companies that have relocated from Manhattan. Greenwich Avenue, the main shopping street, consists of high-end restaurants, boutiques and antique shops.
