Apparel and accessories retailer leases 1,100 square feet
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. The western-inspired shoes and accessories retailer will occupy 650 square feet on the ground floor and 450 square feet on the mezzanine.

1034 Third Avenue is located on the east side of the avenue between 61st and 62nd Streets at the base of the Trump Plaza residential building. The neighborhood is densely populated and surrounded by upscale fashion retailers, restaurants and cafés catering to the area’s affluent residents. Neighboring retail tenants include Bloomingdale’s, Dylan’s Candy Bar, Searle, Arche and Starbucks.
