Health and beauty retailer to open multiple locations
New York, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and consulting services has been selected to represent the organic health and beauty retailer Intelligent Nutrients in its expansion into Manhattan.
RKF Senior Managing Director Ariel Schuster and Director Richard Gelber will be responsible for scouting and securing sites across the city.
Over the next 18 months, the retailer plans to open five to eight retail locations in heavily trafficked trade areas such as Chelsea, Union Square, the West Village, SoHo, the Upper West Side and the Upper East Side. The new retail stores will range between 300 and 1,200 square feet.
