Firm secures 1,350-square-foot retail space for upscale handbag retailer in the Plaza District
New York, NY — Robert K. The high-end handbag and leather goods retailer has opened a 1,350- square-foot store at the base of the historic 26-story Class A office building in the Plaza District
RKF Senior Managing Director Ariel Schuster and Associate Izzy Anthony represented building ownership, The Winter Organization. Robert Frost and Andrew Weiss of Signature Partners represented the tenant.
The Crown Building is situated on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street, as well as on the north block of 56th Street in Manhattan's Plaza District. Suarez's new store will be located on the 56th Street side of the property. The area is home to a large office and residential population, as well as many of the world's most prestigious luxury retailers and fine dining establishments.
Neighboring tenants include Mikomoto, Piaget, Bvlgari, Venazi and Beverly Feldman.
Suarez was previously located at 450 Park Avenue.
