RKF Secures 15,569 sf for CVS/pharmacy at 200 West End Avenue

New York, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services represented CVS/pharmacy in a 15,569-square-foot lease at 200 West End Avenue. CVS/pharmacy will occupy 10,048 square feet of ground floor space and 5,521 square feet in the cellar, with the store expected to open in Spring 2009.

200 West End Avenue, designed by Costas Kondylis and developed by The Clarett Group, is a new luxury residential development at 70th Street and West End Avenue. The building is situated in one of the Upper West Side’s most densely populated residential areas.
“The new CVS/pharmacy will bring much needed services to the residences living west of Broadway,” said Mr. Schuster.
CVS Caremark is the largest provider of prescriptions and related healthcare services in the US with more than 6,200 CVS/pharmacy locations in 40 states. There are 30 CVS/pharmacy locations in Manhattan.
