Children's boutique relocates to 2,200-square-foot space
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Spring Flowers will relocate in April 2006 from its current space located next door at 905 Madison Avenue. The new location has 1,100 square feet on the Ground Floor and a 1,100-square-foot Second Floor. Spring Flowers, whose neighbors include The Sharper Image, Ralph Lauren and Galo Shoes, supplies custom flower-girl dresses, Italian suits, mini-tuxes and other formal wear for children.
Marc Finkel, Director of RKF, represented both the children’s boutique and current tenant, bridal retailer Erisa Katsura, in the transaction.
“In relocating to a superior space at 907 Madison Avenue, Spring Flowers is able to keep its current clientele and its excellent foothold on Madison Avenue” said Finkel. “The distinct building façade further adds to its new store location,” he added.
Spring Flowers has two other Manhattan locations: 1050 Third Avenue at 62nd Street and 538 Madison Avenue at 55th Street. The retailer also has a store at 337 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, FL.
