Currently, Mr. Schuster is marketing a significant amount of retail space for lease, including 138,000 square feet at The Corner at Wall St., 26,280 square feet at 240 East 86th Street, 25,730 square feet at 641 Sixth Avenue and 14,300 square feet at 115 Fifth Avenue.
