New York, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and consulting services announces the appointment of Michael Worthman to Director.
Mr. Worthman, who specializes in retail leasing for both owners and tenants, joins RKF’s Manhattan Brokerage Group.
During his career in retail real estate, he has represented numerous prestigious landlords, including Capstone Equities, Swig Equities, Esplanade Capital, Stellar Management, The Moinian Group, The Sapir Organization, AM Properties, The Trump Organization, Metro Loft Management, BLDG Management, The Behive Group and Meringoff Properties. Among his most significant owner representation assignments are: 14 Wall Street, 40 Wall Street, 67 Wall Street, 771-773 Eighth Avenue, 785 Eighth Avenue, and 1495 York Avenue.
His retail clients include Chase Bank, Café Metro, Café Bravo, Financier Patisserie, Duane Reade, Lenny’s Café, The Freshway Marketplace and Fratelli Rossetti. He is currently working with Café Metro, Café Bravo, Daylesford Organic and Fratelli Rosetti in assisting them with their expansion plans.
Prior to joining RKF, Mr. Worthman was an Associate Director with Winick Realty Group for five years.
Mr. Worthman is a graduate of Boston University. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
