RKF Renews Retailer's 64,000-sf Store at 610 Sixth Avenue
New York, NY – Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services, represented Old Navy in the renewal of its lease at 610 Sixth Avenue in Chelsea. The 64,000-square-foot store is located on the southeast corner of 18th Street.
RKF Executive Vice President Ariel Schuster and Associate Izzy Anthony represented Old Navy in this transaction. Building ownership, the Estate of Sol Goldman and The Lillian Goldman Marital Trust, was represented in-house by Judy Brener.
