Luxury Clothing Retailer to Relocate and Occupy 4,000 sf at 78 Greene Street
New York, NY – Robert K. The clothing retailer is combining its two stores, Seize sur Vingt and Groupe 16sur20, on Elizabeth Street in Nolita and relocating to SoHo where it is anticipated to open its new store in October 2009.
RKF Senior Director Robin Zendell and Director Stefany DiManno represented Seize sur Vingt in this transaction. Lansco's Yair Staav represented building ownership.

Seize sur Vingt also has a boutique at The Plaza Hotel, offering a finely edited selection of products and services from all of the collections.
