01/06/2010

Women's Fashion Retailer Leases 2,250 SF at 75 Greene Street

New York, NY – Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services, is pleased to announce that JNBY has leased 2,250 square feet at 75 Greene Street in SoHo. This is the women's fashion retailer's first store in the United States. JNBY which stands for "just naturally be yourself" currently operates 500 locations throughout Europe and Asia.

RKF Managing Director Robert Draizen represented JNBY in this transaction. Draizen serves as JNBY's exclusive national retail leasing representative. The landlord was represented by Stephen Tarter and Catherine O'Toole of Tarter Stats and O'Toole.

JNBY currently has a temporary store at 93 Mercer Street and will be moving to its permanent home at 75 Greene Street, between Spring and Broome Streets, in March 2010.

"JNBY wanted to be surrounded by strong national retailers and SoHo is the ideal location," said Draizen. "The success of this store will launch their national expansion for both retail and wholesale."
