Firm Leases a Total of 6,644 SF of Retail Space
New York, NY – Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services, is pleased to announce that two new retailers will join the prestigious tenant roster at The Crown Building on 56th Street in the Plaza District. John Richmond will occupy 4,762 square feet at 3 West 56th Street and Crockett & Jones will occupy 1,882 square feet at 7 West 56th Street. Both stores are anticipated to open in spring 2010.
Building ownership, Lexington Building Co, LLC., was represented by Ariel Schuster, Executive Vice President and Izzy Anthony, Director of Robert K. Futterman & Associates, the building's exclusive leasing agent. Stuart Ellman of Judson Realty represented Crockett & Jones.

John Richmond, a men's and women's British fashion designer based out of Milan, previously operated a showroom in The Crown Building. The two-story retail space — 2,600 square feet on the Ground Floor and 2,162 square feet on the Second Floor — enabled the retailer to relocate its showroom and consolidate its operations into one location. 3 West 56th Street is John Richmond's first store in North America.
Crockett & Jones, a maker of fine English footwear, leased 1,882 square feet at 7 West 56th Street for its first free-standing North American store. The retailer currently operates a store within Turnbull & Asser on 57th Street.
The Crown Building is surrounded by a who's who of fashion retailers with neighboring tenants including Abercrombie & Fitch, Harry Winston, Henri Bendel, Giorgio Armani and Norma Kamali.
