Andrew Jacobs is an Associate with RKF, working on the Investment Sales team for over five years, during which, he has completed nearly $500 million in aggregate sales. Andrew’s expertise has been in the disposition of family-owned real estate assets.
Some of his most recent transactions include the $20,500,000 sale of 177 North 7th Street in Brooklyn where he sold the 10,000-SF family owned warehouse, the $15,525,000 sale of the single-story 9,000-SF retail building at 260 Court Street in Brooklyn and the $64,000,000 sale of The Plaza at Harmon Meadow in Secaucus, NJ.
Prior to joining RKF, Andrew was a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. While pursuing his degree, he interned at CB Richard Ellis in New York and Stamford, Cerberus Capital Management and Mariner Investment Group, gaining an understanding of various real estate and investment markets.
Andrew is a charter member of the WREC – Wisconsin Real Estate Club of New York and an active member of ICSC.
