Prior to joining RKF, he held executive positions with Loro Piana and Bergdorf Goodman, which enables him to recognize trends and brand building potential.
With his expertise and unique background in retail needs, Brandon becomes a partner with a client when providing tenant representation services. He possesses extensive knowledge of the New York market, major U.S. metropolitan areas, and hundreds of smaller markets. He utilizes a personal client focused approach while leveraging data analytics to enable informed site selection.
Brandon understands the needs of the changing retail real estate landscape and identifies ideal locations for his clients. His creative mind allows him to conceptualize experiential business and marketing opportunities during the site selection process. He is skilled in retail financial planning, P&L forecasting, and developing co-tenant adjacency strategies. Above all, he prioritizes negotiating leases for maximum tenant advantages once an opportunity has been identified.
Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Theory and Change Management from Northwestern University. He is a licensed salesperson in the state of New York.
